Cuculi Presents a very special double bill featuring two up-and-coming Bristol folk bands in the incredible acoustic of St Anne's Church, Greenbank. Dreamfolk trio Hands of the Heron will open the evening, inviting audience members into a space of thoughtful listening with a capella harmonies and sparse instrumental layers. In the second half, Opa Rosa will deliver their signature high energy renditions of traditional Balkan, Klezmer, Greek & Roma tunes. This rare seated gig is a brilliant opportunity to hear the details in the intricate arrangements that have been inspiring audiences to dance with frenzy all over the UK this summer.
